Реферат:	eng: The paper is based on the results of year-round counts of birds in the city of Kemerovo and its vicinities, Siberia in 1999-2001. Following the identification of the seasonal aspects of bird populations, using component analysis methods their spatio-temporal classification and structure are revealed, as well as the main trends of change. The strength and generality of the relations of the bird community to the environment are also estimated. Dominant species, population densities, the total biomass, species richness and numerically leading fauna types are indicated. The heterogeneity of the populations is found to be primarily related to differences between residential and forest-field habitats. Among the environmental factors, the degree of area development and afforestation, as well as the tree species composition are the most important to affect the bird communities, whereas seasonal changes in warmth supply are much less significant. A certain similarity in the hierarchy of factors is noted when comparing our results with similar research performed earlier in the southern part of Western Siberia and in the Urals.
