Реферат: eng: A method was developed to prepare sulphur nanoparticles by chemical reaction between sodium thiosulfate and sulfuric acid in the presence of water-soluble poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone with different molecular weights. In this study, the method details have been presented to prepare polymeric hydrogel ointments from agar-agar, poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol solutions as well as from different concentrations of sodium thiosulfate and sulfuric acid. Study of bacteriostatic and fungistatic properties of ointment samples showed antibacterial and antifungal activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida guilliermondii. This study open way to fabricate ointment materials based on nanosulfur, which can be used in medicine. (c) 2017 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
