Реферат:	eng: An approach to constructing multiuser systems of multimedia data display that is based on using compressed digital data for remote transmission in universal network environments together with local commutation of non-compressed data directly at event sites (situation centers, classrooms, operating rooms, etc.) is considered. This solution ensures simple reconfiguration for the operating structure of the system, as well as data input and display tools.
