Реферат:	eng: Mechanical activation was used to prepare new YSc(BO 3) 2 and Y 3Sc(BO 3) 4 double borates from the Y 2O 3-Sc 2O 3-HBO 2 system. The existence of two series of solid solutions of yttrium-scandium borates based on the YBO 3 or ScBO 3 structure is established. It is shown that a morphotropic transition occurs in the range of Y/Sc = 1.5-1. © Allerton Press, Inc., 2012.
