Реферат: | eng: A plant for growing single crystals from a melt-solution by the Kyropoulos method is described. The plant has a two-zone growth furnace, crystal holder movement and rotation mechanisms, and a control system based on an I-7188EG controller with an ISaGRAF built-in target system. The upper and lower zones of the furnace consist of eight heaters intended for controlling the symmetry of the heat field both in the static and dynamic (rotation of the heat field) operation modes. A high efficiency of the plant operation is demonstrated using the example of growing LiB3O5 crystals. © 2009 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
