Реферат: eng: Magnetoplumbite type barium ferrite single crystals BaFe12-xCuxO19 with various Cu-contents in the range of x≤0.032 with edge-length of up to 12 mm were obtained from carbonate flux at 1260 °C. The unit cell parameters of obtained crystals increase slightly with Cu-concentration. Saturation magnetization, Curie temperature and coercivity of BaFe12-xCuxO19 drop with Cu-content, particularly above about x=0.02.
