Реферат: | eng: Relative changes in the density (d-d0)/d of glasses in the CaO(Na2O)-Al2O3-SiO2 system, which characterise the compressibility of glasses, were compared with each other and compared with the values of their degree of depolymerization NBO/T. The results showed that, contrary to prevailing opinion, not all of the glasses with the ratio Al2O3/M(M2)O=1, containing Na+, have higher compressibility compared to that of similar glasses containing Ca2+. The compressibility of glasses agrees with the values of the degree of depolymerisation which were calculated considering oxygen triclusters, nonbridging oxygen atoms and highly coordinated aluminium. Aluminosilicate glasses follow the general dependence of the relative change in density on the degree of depolymerisation. © 2014, Society of Glass Technology. All rights reserved.
