Реферат: eng: This paper is devoted to a numerical analysis of the solutions of a system of equations describing the dynamics of the concentration of p53 and Mdm2 proteins in their interaction. A detailed numerical study of the solution was made when the mathematical model parameters deviated from the basal values. Within these numerical experiments, the states of the system, such as threat by the uncontrolled apoptotic death of cellules, accelerating the aging processes of organisms and of the excessive suppression of apoptosis, which increases the risk of tumors, have been investigated. The mechanism of managing the system under stress conditions has been studied in detail.
