Реферат:	eng: Results are presented from a numerical modeling of the magnetic reconnection and of the subsequent relaxation to a new quasi-equilibrium magnetic configuration in helical (cylindrical) geometry in terms of two-fluid magnetohydrodynamics. The influence of the heat conduction and of the Hall effect on these processes is studied. It is shown that, in the presence of the Hall effect, the plasma relaxes to a state with a sheared rotation.
