Реферат: eng: We prove that Lee et al.'s theoretical analysis and final formula for ray trajectories in an elliptic cylindrical optical "black hole" are incorrect. By utilizing a full-wave finite-element simulation, we show that a nonparaxial Gaussian beam does not follow a trajectory obtained using their formula.
