Реферат:	eng: We suggest a concept of processor capacity and entropy efficiency, which give a possibility to compare processors with different sets of instructions, different kinds of memory and different numbers of cores. A simple method of estimation of the processor capacity is presented. The suggested methods can be generalized to devices similar to computer processors (like processors of mobile telephones, etc. (C) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
