Реферат:	eng: In this paper we develop a scheme of second-order approximation for the case of nonstationary adaptive grids, which is a generalization of the familiar Harten scheme. We obtain conditions under which the scheme satisfies a TVD condition. The scheme constructed is tested, and its properties are compared with those of an explicit predictor-corrector scheme with self-adjusting approximation viscosity.
